A series of 5 stamps was printed by Walsall Security Printers in the UK on plain paper. Upon arrival in the Solomon Islands, it was decided not to issue this 65¢ stamp. However, by mistake, a small number of sheets were delivered to some post offices, and they were clearly used in commercial mail. The unissued stamp from this 1991 health series was 65 cents with ""Less Healthy Food"" written on the left.
